Web design agency in Madrid
JMWEB is a visual studio in Madrid designing and building tailored websites — no templates, no "another site" feeling. We work with small brands, studios, agencies and personal projects that want a site with its own voice and a clear process from start to finish.

What a tailored website includes
Every project starts with an honest brief: what your brand does, who it speaks to, what each page needs to achieve. From there: content strategy, architecture, Figma design, clickable prototype, optimised front-end development and, if the project calls for it, bespoke motion and interactions.
Why we don't use templates
Templates ship fast, but a few months later every templated site looks the same. If what you're selling is your work or your brand, the last thing you want is to disappear into the noise. Custom design costs more, but the result ages better.
Phased process
1. Discovery — we understand brand, audience, goals, references. 2. Exploration — two distinct visual routes, not variations on the same path. 3. Design — component system in Figma, typography, colour, clear hierarchy. 4. Build — development, motion and cross-device QA. 5. Handoff — final files and code, a closing session and full handoff.
Stack and performance
We build with modern technologies (Next.js, React, Tailwind, GSAP, Three.js when relevant). Lighthouse 90+ by default, optimised Core Web Vitals, careful accessibility and baseline technical SEO — because a pretty site that doesn't load or that Google can't read is worthless.

How much does a JMWEB website cost?
It depends on scope. A simple landing starts around €1,500. A 5–10 section corporate site with motion and CMS sits between €4,000 and €8,000. A complex site with bespoke animation, integrations and e-commerce goes above €10,000. I send a phased quote after a free first call.
Do you only work with Madrid clients?
Madrid is the base, but most work happens remotely. I've worked with clients in Barcelona, Valencia, the Basque Country and outside Spain. For kickoff meetings or big presentations I prefer face-to-face if distance allows.
How long does the website take?
A single-page landing, 2 to 4 weeks. A corporate site, 6 to 10 weeks. If the project includes bespoke motion, photography or original illustration, add 2–3 weeks. Timelines depend heavily on the client's feedback rhythm.
Which CMS do you use so I can edit the site myself?
It depends on the project. For small sites I work well with Sanity or Strapi (modern headless CMSes, free up to a point). For e-commerce, Shopify. If you prefer, I also build sites without a CMS and handle changes under a monthly retainer.
Do you only design or also develop?
Both. I run the project end to end: design, development, motion and QA. If you need something very specific (heavy 3D, complex backend, large-scale illustration) I bring in trusted collaborators.
What happens to the site after launch?
I hand over the code and CMS access plus a closing session walking through everything. If you want maintenance, evolution or new features, we offer flexible monthly retainers or one-off projects on demand.
